Your camera and recordings

Camera and microphone access requires your browser permission. Practice recordings are created locally on your device and are not uploaded to us. You control any recordings you download or share. Browser permission for the camera is separate from cookie consent.

Information used to operate the site

The server processes requests needed to deliver pages and questions. Hosting logs may include your IP address, request details and browser information for site operation and security. The simulator may use a session cookie to maintain question selection. We also store your privacy choices in your browser. These functions are needed to provide the service or remember your choices.

Optional analytics

If you consent, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions, including pages viewed, device and browser information, and approximate location. Google processes technical information when these requests reach its servers. We use analytics to understand and improve the site. Analytics is not loaded if you decline. Advertising consent remains off.

Optional support chat

If you consent, Zendesk loads the support widget and processes technical information and browser storage needed for chat. Messages and contact details you choose to provide are received by ARLee Consulting through Zendesk to respond to your enquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive information. Chat messages are separate from your private practice recordings.

Providers and retention

Our hosting provider, Google and Zendesk process information for the purposes described above. Their processing may involve countries outside your own, including the United States. Their privacy notices describe their processing and international transfer arrangements: Google Privacy Policy and Zendesk Privacy and Data Protection.

We remember cookie choices for 180 days. Analytics retention depends on the Google Analytics property settings; support enquiries are retained as needed to handle the enquiry and related obligations. Contact us for information about retention or to request deletion of data associated with your enquiry.

Your choices and rights

You can refuse optional services or withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal does not undo earlier processing. You can also delete browser cookies and storage. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing. Contact ARLee Consulting to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your data protection authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
