How the INSEAD video interview works
INSEAD's current MBA admissions assessment includes four video questions. For each video question, you have 45 seconds to prepare and 60 seconds to record your response. The assessment also includes a separate written question with five minutes to respond.
This simulator focuses on the video component. The objective is not to predict the exact questions you will receive. It is to help you become comfortable thinking quickly, structuring an answer and speaking naturally to a camera while the clock is running.

What to practice for the INSEAD video interview
Use practice to improve the skill of answering, not to memorize a bank of possible questions. You should be able to organize your thoughts quickly, make a clear point and support it without sounding scripted.
Know why INSEAD makes sense for you
Be ready to discuss your motivations, goals and fit with INSEAD. Strong answers connect what you want from the MBA with specific aspects of the experience rather than simply repeating facts about the school.
Get comfortable with international and interpersonal questions
INSEAD is intensely international. Practice explaining experiences involving different cultures, perspectives, teams and ways of working. Behavioral examples are useful, but they should still sound conversational.
Respect the one-minute limit
Sixty seconds is enough for a focused answer, but not for a long story. Make your main point early, add the most useful evidence or example and finish naturally instead of racing through extra material.
